M&M Carnot announces the appointment of Joe Duncan as the newest Regional Sales Manager. Located in St. Louis Joe will serve their customers in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Iowa, & South Dakota.  He will work to promote the awareness, and ensure the adoption, of the newest and most innovative M&M Carnot natural refrigerant solutions.

Joe has over 9 years’ experience in the HVAC/R industry and has held a variety of direct sales roles.  Joe has an extensive background in new product introduction and providing pre-engineered, as well as custom, solutions to meet the expansive needs of the refrigeration industry. M&M Carnot is confident that Joe’s expertise, passion for the industry, and commitment to excellence will be invaluable assets to their team.
